To reassign the responsibility of the District Security Administrator’s responsibilities to a new person, the district superintendent must send an email requesting the change to the ODE Helpdesk ode.helpdesk@state.or.us.


The email needs to include the effective date for the change and the new Sec Admin’s name, email address and phone number.


Note: The prior Sec Admin’s security record will remain active with all prior access and permissions unless the superintendent states to “Disable” or “Delete” the security record.
