If you received an email from ODE Freshservice regarding a ticket, you will need a password to view the ticket. We've created your account; but as a first time user, you do not have a password yet. Use the following steps to create a new password:



1.) Click the "forgot your password?" button.





2.) Enter your email address in the box provided and click "Reset my password".





3.) You will receive an email similar to the one below. Click the "Click here to reset the password" link.





4.) Follow the instructions on the page. When this is completed, you should be directed to the following page and you will have access to your ticket.
