The Secure Student Identifier (SSID) in the error record is not in the SSID system.


1.) Go to SSID Record Maintenance to search for the student by name.


2.) If you cannot find the SSID record for your student, got to the SSID Web Submission to create a new SSID record.


3.) When you get the correct SSID record for your student, use that number in the SSID field in your error record and click "Save" to submit it again.
