After the change in email address from "@ode.state.or.us" to "@ode.oregon.gov" you may have trouble with Outlook on your phone following a password reset.  Please follow these instructions to reset the account, allowing you to log in again and enter the correct username.


First, open Outlook on your phone and click on the menu (Oregon state seal on Android, your photo in iOS) in the top left corner:



Next, click on the "Settings" icon in the bottom left corner:


Under 'Mail Accounts' click on your account:


Scroll to the bottom, and choose "DELETE ACCOUNT"

You will be presented with a prompt -- choose "DELETE".


From here, you're taken to the Welcome to Outlook screen.  Click on 'ADD ACCOUNT'


If you have another email account configured on your phone, the app will offer to bring that into Outlook -- you can choose 'SKIP THIS ACCOUNT' to leave it alone.


On the next screen, enter your username@ode.oregon.gov (I.E.  If your username is LastF, do LastF@ode.oregon.gov) and hit "CONTINUE"


If prompted, log into your account and accept the authenticator request and your email account is once again configured.  Future password changes should work seamlessly.
