How to Handle a Call from the Media
ODE receives calls from reporters on a daily basis, and the Department works hard to maintain effective working relationships with news organizations. ODE is committed to responding to all media calls, even if it is simply inform them that we do not the information or that we are working on it. Reporters are almost always on a tight deadline and need information the day they ask for it.
