Please check the following issues:


1.) You may have entered the wrong password. If you attempt to log in too many times with the wrong password, you will be locked out. Your account will allow further attempts after 45 minutes.

2.) Make sure you have not activated "Caps Lock" or a similar feature. Most keyboards will have lights that indicate that you have one of these features activated.


If you cannot remember your password and need your password reset, call the Help Desk at 7-5715. (Or call 503-947-5715 if you are outside the office.) They will reset your password so you can create a new one.
