The Help Desk cannot send you your old password. The Help Desk can, however, reset your password so you can create a new one.
Important Notes:
- If you attempt to log in with the wrong password three times, your computer will lock for up to 45 minutes.
- You can change your password at any time except for the seven days immediately after your last change. If you need to change your password less than seven days after the last change, you will need to contact the Help Desk to reset it.
