Outlook is putting some of my agency emails in my Spam (or Junk) folder. Can I fix this?

There is a solution for this problem:

1.) Click on "Junk" (under the "Home" tab in Outlook) and click "Junk E-mail Options".

2.) Click the "Safe Recipients" tab. Copy/paste the addresses that you need to have removed from your Junk/Spam folder.

3.) Click "OK".
