Use the following steps to fix the sign-on errors seen with Skype for Business:
1.) Click "Delete my sign-in info".
2.) Confirm this by clicking "Yes".
3.) Click "Sign in".
4.) Sign in using the following information:
- Your network username. (This is what you use to log in to the intranet site. It's the first 7 letters of your last name and the first letter of your first name, followed by "@ode.state.or.us". Example: "John Day" is "dayj@ode.state.or.us")
- Your network password.
5.) Click "Sign in".
