If you want to forward your desk phone to another number:
1.) Push the "Forward" button on your desk phone.
2.) Type in the phone number you want to forward your calls.
3.) Push "OK" to confirm.
Note: When call forwarding is active, the "Forward" button will glow red.
To change it back to your regular desk phone number:
1.) Push the "Forward" button on your desk phone.
2.) Type in your desk phone number.
3.) Push "OK" to confirm.
